- Ensure to provide us with a daytime address where someone will be available to receive your parcel between 08h00 and 17h00.
- Our couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays - orders dispatched on Fridays will be dispatched the following weekday, excluding public holidays.
- Items correctly supplied as per order cannot be returned or refunded due to hygienic reasons.
- Any items received damaged or broken need to be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel.
- We cannot take responsibility for any damaged items should we not be notified in good time.
